At the helm, Thai Chef Anchalee Luadkham has launched Thai Hot Pot, available only for dinner every Friday! Guests can savour classic broths – tom yum (hot and sour broth with lemongrass, galangal, chilli and kaffir lime leaves) or tom kha (silky coconut broth with Thai aromatic herbs and chilli oil) – and cook up their meats, Royal Project-fresh vegetables and sustainable seafood to create a perfect dining experience. Guests can choose a Premium Upgrade enjoy premium meats and half a lobster tail per person. The highlight of this culinary experience is Chef’s homemade invention of chilli lime sauce with coriander root, and the delicious fermented tofu sauce with sesame is an original recipe that has been experimented in the Khao kitchen and is the recommendation.
